Rank Scope World is an independent OSINT-based meta-index dedicated to mapping global influence by aggregating existing rankings, observable digital signals and public datasets into structured, reusable formats.
The mission of Rank Scope World is to provide clear, structured and reusable data on the people and organizations that shape the world across multiple domains: business, politics, science, religion, social media, gastronomy and more.
Instead of publishing opinion pieces or narrative editorials, the project focuses on signal, structure and comparability: tables, CSV files, normalized fields and consistent formats across categories. The goal is to offer a neutral starting point for anyone who wants to understand “who is visible” or “who appears as influential” on a given topic, based on public sources.
Rank Scope World is not affiliated with any political party, religious institution, company or media group. The project does not sell positions in the index, does not offer “sponsored ranks” and does not provide personal branding services.
Selection criteria, coverage and structuring logic are defined internally and applied consistently. If partnerships or collaborations are established in the future, they will be explicitly disclosed and clearly separated from the aggregation of public data.
Rank Scope World does not present itself as a “judge” of the true value of people or organizations. The project does not invent secret scores and does not try to replace rankings already published by institutions, media outlets or specialized organizations.

Any interpretation about “legitimacy”, “quality” or “moral value” of the actors listed belongs to the user, who should cross-check these data with other sources and apply their own critical judgment.

Rank Scope World is not a celebrity ranking service, not a popularity contest and not an all-in-one personal branding tool. The project does not claim to measure moral legitimacy, real competence or the “true value” of the people or organizations listed.
It offers data-driven indicators based on observable signals, built from public sources and external rankings. The role of RSW is to centralize and structure, not to replace editorial judgment or expert evaluation.
