Ranking of political and institutional leaders who shape national decisions, international relations, economic policy, security and global power balances.
This 2026 edition replaces the previous Europe-heavy table with a broader global composite. The ranking combines executive power, geopolitical weight, economic and military relevance, diplomatic influence, institutional authority, international visibility and current OSINT signals.
